This address is a business address and is not a walk-in office. Coaching services are offered online, with select in-person availability by appointment only.

 

2. Coaching Services

Light Matter Coaching provides non-clinical personal and professional development coaching.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Connection Calls

• Aligned Momentum Sessions

• Private coaching

• Open group coaching sessions

• Group coaching cohorts

• Coaching-related resources, exercises, reflections, or materials

• Blog posts, email communications, and other educational or reflective content

Private coaching, Aligned Momentum Sessions, and future coaching cohorts may be scheduled, contracted, invoiced, or managed through HoneyBook or another service platform.

​

Open group coaching sessions are currently booked and paid for through Wix Bookings.

 

3. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care

Coaching supports reflection, awareness, meaning-making, values, choice, communication, action, and personal or professional development.

​

Coaching is not therapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for support from a licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other qualified professional.

​

Amanda Heck holds coaching credentials, including ACC through the International Coaching Federation, Certified Professional Coach, Whole Person Certified Coach, Trauma Informed Coach, and Neurodiversity Coach. Amanda Heck is not licensed as a Nevada health-care or mental-health provider.

​

Any body awareness, somatic, present-moment mindfulness, or regulation-oriented practices offered in coaching are used for reflection, awareness, and in-the-moment support. They are not intended for healing, treatment, diagnosis, or medical or mental health care.

​

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, wellbeing, and decisions. Results are not guaranteed.

 

4. Connection Calls

Connection Calls are free introductory calls intended to help you and Amanda meet, ask questions, and sense whether working together feels supportive.

​

A Connection Call is not a full coaching session, therapy session, crisis-support service, or guarantee of future availability.

​

After a Connection Call, you may choose whether to schedule a paid service, ask additional questions, or take time before deciding. There is no obligation to book paid coaching after a Connection Call.

 

5. Private Coaching and Aligned Momentum Sessions

Private coaching and Aligned Momentum Sessions may be scheduled, contracted, and paid for through HoneyBook or another approved platform.

​

Private coaching terms, including payment, cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, session length, session frequency, communication expectations, and other service-specific details, are governed by the applicable coaching agreement, invoice, booking page, and policy terms provided at the time of booking or contracting.

General private coaching policies may include cancellation, rescheduling, refund, no-show, and session-use terms. Specific terms may vary by service or agreement.

Completed coaching sessions are not eligible for refunds.

 

6. Open Group Coaching Sessions

Open group coaching sessions are 60-minute Zoom-based group coaching sessions offered by Light Matter Coaching, LLC and Amanda Heck.

​

By selecting “Agree” and paying through Wix Bookings, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to the Open Group Booking Policy for the specific topic, date, time, and fee displayed at checkout.

​

Payment reserves your place in the selected session. Open group coaching sessions require a minimum enrollment of 3 participants.

​

Open Group Coaching Cancellation and Changes

For participant cancellations:

• 24 or more hours before the session start time: You may receive a full refund or transfer to an available session.

• 4 to less than 24 hours before the session start time: You may transfer to an available session.

• Less than 4 hours before the session start time or no-show: No refund or transfer is available.

 

No refunds are provided for completed sessions.

 

If Light Matter Coaching cancels a session, including cancellation due to enrollment below the minimum of 3 participants, you may choose either a refund or transfer to another available session.

 

If Light Matter Coaching reschedules a session, your registration will transfer to the new date and time. The same cancellation policy applies to the new session time.

Open Group Coaching Participation Terms

Open group coaching is a shared coaching space. Participants agree to be kind, present, discreet, and respectful, and to share space with others.

​

Participants may not engage in threats, harassment, discrimination, recording, screenshots, AI note-taking, nudity, sexual content, or threatening, discriminatory, or materially disruptive visual content.

Participants should join from a private location when possible. Participants agree not to identify other participants or share their stories outside the group. You may share your own experience without identifying others.

​

Group confidentiality is expected, but it cannot be guaranteed because other participants are present.

Prohibited or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the session without refund.

 

7. Group Coaching Cohorts

Group coaching cohorts may be offered through HoneyBook or another approved platform.

​

Specific cohort terms, including payment, schedule, cancellation, refund, participation expectations, materials, and access details, will be provided at the time of registration or contracting.

​

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable cohort agreement or registration materials, group coaching cohorts are coaching services and are not therapy, mental health care, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, or financial advice.

 

8. Crisis and Emergency Support

Light Matter Coaching does not provide crisis support and is not monitored as an emergency service.

​

If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

​

If you are in the United States and need mental health-related crisis support, you can call or text 988 or use the 988 Lifeline chat service.

​

Light Matter Coaching may keep information private, but Amanda may end a session, contact emergency services, or disclose information when required or permitted by law, or when reasonably necessary due to serious imminent harm or safety concerns.

 

9. Payments

Payment terms depend on the service selected.

​

Open group coaching sessions are currently paid through Wix Bookings.

​

Private coaching, Aligned Momentum Sessions, and future group coaching cohorts may be paid through HoneyBook or another approved payment platform.

​

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when purchasing, booking, or registering for a service.

​

Payments, invoices, refunds, transfers, payment plans, and related financial terms are governed by the applicable booking page, checkout page, coaching agreement, invoice, or service-specific policy.

 

10. Refunds, Transfers, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Refund, cancellation, transfer, and no-show terms vary by service.

​

Open group coaching sessions follow the Open Group Coaching cancellation and changes policy described above and displayed at checkout.

​

Private coaching services are governed by the applicable coaching agreement, invoice, booking page, and service-specific terms provided through HoneyBook or another approved platform.

​

Completed sessions are not eligible for refunds.

​

Light Matter Coaching reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or decline services when necessary, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, emergency, insufficient enrollment, inappropriate conduct, safety concerns, or fit/scope concerns.

 

11. Email and Text Communications

By submitting your contact information, scheduling a service, registering for a session, or opting in to communications, you agree that Light Matter Coaching may contact you using the information you provide.

This may include email, phone, or text communication related to inquiries, scheduling, appointment reminders, coaching-related updates, client communication, payment notices, agreements, or resources you requested.

Marketing emails are only sent when you subscribe or otherwise opt in. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting info@lightmattercoaching.com.

​

Mobile opt-in information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.​ If you opt in to receive text messages, Light Matter Coaching, LLC may send text messages about scheduling, appointment reminders, and coaching-related updates at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

​

Light Matter Coaching does not use SMS or text messaging for marketing unless you have separately and explicitly opted in to receive marketing texts.

 

12. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Light Matter Coaching uses third-party platforms and tools to operate the website, manage scheduling, process payments, deliver emails, provide coaching services, host video calls, store documents, support communication, and manage business operations.

These may include Wix, HoneyBook, QuickBooks/Intuit, Sender.net, Zapier, Google Workspace, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Fathom Video, Quo, Meta, Google Analytics, OpenAI, and similar tools.

​

Third-party platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, settings, and limitations. Light Matter Coaching is not responsible for the terms, policies, acts, omissions, outages, data handling, or security practices of third-party platforms.

​

By using this website or services, you understand that third-party tools may be part of the service experience.

 

13. Session Recording, Transcription, and AI-Supported Tools

Coaching sessions are not recorded, transcribed, or summarized using AI-supported tools unless you are aware of and consent to that use.

​

When tools such as Fathom Video are used, they may process meeting content to create recordings, transcripts, summaries, AI-generated notes, action items, or related session materials.

​

You may ask questions before consenting to recording, transcription, or AI-generated summaries. You may decline recording, transcription, or AI-generated summaries without affecting your ability to receive coaching.

Light Matter Coaching may also use AI-supported tools, including OpenAI, for business operations, writing, planning, administrative drafting, de-identified coaching-related support, resource development, website copy, workflow design, or draft preparation.

​

When AI-supported tools are used for coaching-related support, Light Matter Coaching makes reasonable efforts to limit, minimize, or de-identify client information before using the tool. AI-generated output is reviewed by Amanda before being used in connection with client communication or business decisions.

​

AI-supported tools are not used as the primary client record system and are not used to make automated decisions about eligibility for coaching services.

 

14. Client Responsibility

Coaching is collaborative. You are responsible for your choices, actions, decisions, wellbeing, and how you use or interpret coaching reflections, questions, exercises, resources, or materials.

​

You agree to use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional support when needed, including medical, mental health, legal, financial, or crisis support.

​

You agree not to use coaching services as a substitute for professional care that is outside the scope of coaching.

 

15. Website Content and Educational Materials

Website content, blog posts, emails, resources, exercises, reflections, and other materials are provided for general informational, educational, and reflective purposes.

​

They are not individualized coaching unless provided within a coaching relationship. They are not therapy, medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.

​

Using this website, reading content, subscribing to emails, downloading resources, or submitting a form does not create a coaching relationship unless and until both you and Light Matter Coaching agree to work together through an applicable booking, agreement, or service process.

 

16. Intellectual Property

All website copy, blog posts, coaching materials, worksheets, exercises, frameworks, resources, graphics, branding, logos, images, videos, downloads, and other materials created by or for Light Matter Coaching are owned by Light Matter Coaching, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may use materials provided to you for your personal, noncommercial use only.

​

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, teach, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially use Light Matter Coaching materials without prior written permission.

​

You may not use Light Matter Coaching materials in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, certification, or permission unless such permission has been provided in writing.

17. Unauthorized Use, Impersonation, and Fraud

You may not use Light Matter Coaching’s website content, business name, logo, branding, images, photographs, likeness, biography, credentials, testimonials, client comments, service descriptions, copy, materials, or other identifying information to impersonate Amanda Heck, Light Matter Coaching, LLC, or any representative of the business.

You may not use information from this website to create fake profiles, fraudulent coaching accounts, marketplace listings, social media accounts, advertisements, websites, directories, business listings, emails, messages, payment requests, or other materials that falsely suggest an affiliation with, endorsement by, or representation of Light Matter Coaching, LLC or Amanda Heck.

You may not use this website, its content, or any publicly available information about Light Matter Coaching to mislead others, solicit clients under false pretenses, divert payments, collect personal information, commit fraud, or engage in identity theft, impersonation, phishing, scraping, cloning, or other deceptive conduct.

​

Light Matter Coaching, LLC reserves the right to report suspected impersonation, fraud, identity theft, intellectual property misuse, or unauthorized use of business identity to the relevant platform, payment processor, domain registrar, hosting provider, search engine, law enforcement agency, regulatory body, or other appropriate authority.

 

18. Testimonials

Testimonials, reviews, and client comments reflect individual experiences.

They are shared for informational purposes and do not guarantee that you will have the same or similar experience, outcome, insight, result, or level of progress.

​

Coaching outcomes vary depending on many factors, including your context, goals, choices, participation, timing, and circumstances.

 

19. User Conduct

When using this website, booking services, submitting forms, communicating with Light Matter Coaching, or participating in coaching spaces, you agree not to:

• Use the website or services for unlawful purposes

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm others

• Submit false, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate information

• Attempt to access systems, accounts, files, or information without permission

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse website content or materials

• Disrupt, interfere with, or misuse services, sessions, groups, platforms, or tools

• Record, screenshot, or use AI note-takers in group coaching sessions without permission

• Share other participants’ identities, stories, or personal information without consent

• Impersonate Amanda Heck, Light Matter Coaching, LLC, or any representative of the business

• Use Light Matter Coaching’s name, logo, images, likeness, credentials, testimonials, copy, or materials to create fraudulent accounts, listings, websites, advertisements, or profiles

• Falsely suggest affiliation with, endorsement by, or representation of Light Matter Coaching, LLC or Amanda Heck

• Use website content or business information to mislead others, solicit clients under false pretenses, divert payments, collect personal information, or commit fraud

Light Matter Coaching reserves the right to deny, pause, cancel, or end access to services or website features when conduct violates these Terms, creates disruption, exceeds the scope of coaching, or raises safety, privacy, or ethical concerns.

 

20. Privacy

Your use of this website and services is also governed by the Light Matter Coaching Privacy Policy.

21. No Guarantees

Light Matter Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, timelines, income, career changes, relationship changes, emotional outcomes, personal changes, business results, or other achievements.

Coaching may support reflection, clarity, movement, and choice, but outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of Light Matter Coaching.

 

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light Matter Coaching, LLC and Amanda Heck are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, services, content, resources, third-party tools, or coaching materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Light Matter Coaching, LLC and Amanda Heck for any claim arising from or related to the website, services, content, resources, third-party tools, or coaching materials is limited to the amount you paid to Light Matter Coaching for the service giving rise to the claim.

​

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

 

23. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold harmless Light Matter Coaching, LLC and Amanda Heck from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights, or misuse of coaching materials, services, or group spaces.

 

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

25. Changes to These Terms

Light Matter Coaching may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

 

26. Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.
