Group Coaching
Group coaching at Light Matter Coaching offers shared spaces for reflection, connection, and growth around focused themes.
Each group is grounded in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming Whole Person Coaching, with space to explore what fits your needs, pace, and lived experience.
A shared coaching space that honors your pace
Group coaching here is about designing your own way of moving through life, work, identity, communication, and change.
Each group has a shared focus, and the work stays personal. You can notice what resonates, what does not, and what may need to be shaped differently for your life.
Group participation is invited, and not required.

What the Heck?
Frequently asked questions
What is group coaching at Light Matter Coaching?
+
Group coaching is a facilitated coaching space centered around a shared theme. Sessions may include reflection, focused coaching, optional sharing, gentle education, and space to explore what fits your life and context.
What is the difference between open group coaching sessions and cohort groups?
+
Open group coaching sessions are standalone sessions you can register for one at a time. There is no multi-week commitment, and participants may change from session to session. The privacy and group behavior expectations remain consistent.
Cohort groups meet over multiple weeks with a consistent group and shared theme. They may fit if you want more continuity, more intentional connection, and more time to explore your personal development in depth.
Do I need to share in the group?
+
No. You are invited to participate at the level that feels supportive. Group agreements help support privacy, respect, curiosity, and consent.
Is this the same as group therapy?
+
No. Group coaching is not group therapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care.
These are coaching spaces for reflection, self-understanding, shared learning, and exploring choices, communication, values, and next steps.
Is this a support group?
+
No. These groups may feel supportive, but they are not support groups.
Each group is a facilitated coaching space centered around reflection, focused coaching, shared insight, and personal application.
How do I register?
+
Each group has its own information or registration page. If registration is not open yet, you can request a notification when it opens.
