A Different Way to Navigate
Open Group Coaching Sessions
Whole person, neurodiversity-affirming group coaching sessions for building methods that fit your brain, energy, communication, and real life.
Explore topics like productivity, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, communication, self-advocacy, and support in a shared coaching space designed for people who have tried the usual strategies and want to understand what actually fits.
These sessions stand on their own. You can join one, several, or return whenever a topic feels useful.
How open group sessions work
60-minute shared coaching spaces centered around one specific subject.
There is no required order, course sequence, or ongoing commitment.
The goal is to notice what supports resonate, adapt what helps, leave behind what does not fit, and begin building methods that support your life more honestly.
Each session is held with shared expectations for privacy, respect, curiosity, and care. Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and respect each other in the space.

Find your own formula
"Amanda is willing to adjust strategies on the fly and understand that everyone has different formulas that work for them."

What to expect in an open group session
Name what feels important
We begin with the session subject and a few questions to help you notice what feels relevant in your life right now.
Understand what may be getting in the way
The group may explore patterns, pressures, needs, body signals, environmental factors, or assumptions that make the subject more complex than generic advice often suggests.
Notice what you have tried
You may be invited to reflect on the tools, advice, strategies, or approaches you have already tried, including what helped, what did not fit, and what felt harder than expected.
Explore what could fit differently
Through coaching questions, optional sharing, gentle education, and practical experimentation, you can begin considering what might need to be adapted, simplified, combined, or left behind.
Shape a possible next step
You may leave with insight, language, or a small experiment to keep shaping in your own way after the session.
Reflect and close
We close by noticing what surfaced, what felt useful, and what you may want to remember as you continue building methods that fit your brain, energy, communication, and real life.

Making the practice your own
“I can now successfully meditate. I feel like she actually understands some of what I’m experiencing as someone with a 'custom designed brain'.”

Frequently asked questions
Are these sessions part of a course or series?
+
No. Each open group coaching session stands on its own. You do not need to attend previous sessions or commit to future ones.
Can I register for more than one session?
+
Yes. You can register for one session or multiple sessions, depending on which topics feel relevant to you.
Do I need to share in the group?
+
No. Sharing is invited, not required. You are welcome to participate at the level that feels most supportive to you.
Is this the same as group therapy?
+
No. Open group coaching is not group therapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care.
These are coaching spaces for reflection, self-understanding, shared learning, and exploring choices, communication, support, and next steps.
Is this a support group?
+
No. These sessions may feel supportive, and there may be shared understanding in the room, but they are not support groups.
Each session is a facilitated coaching space centered around a specific subject, focused coaching, shared insight, and personal application.
Will I be with the same people each time?
+
Participants may change from session to session because each topic stands on its own. The privacy expectations, group agreements, and facilitation remain consistent.
