You do not need to come in calm, clear, or already knowing what to say. You do not need to have the “right” goal or a perfectly organized explanation of what has been going on.

Your life has been shaped by experiences, relationships, responsibilities, and choices that made sense along the way. In coaching, we make space to understand what has been shaping your experience with curiosity and compassion, so your own clarity, choice, and direction can become easier to hear.

I’m the coach behind Light Matter Coaching.

 

I work with people who have put a lot of effort into reflecting, learning, and growing, and are beginning to sense that effort alone is no longer bringing the clarity it once did.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. My coaching style is warm, curious, honest, and responsive. Some conversations are quiet and reflective. Some include laughter, creative brainstorming, honest language, or a gentle challenge offered with compassion.

You are welcome to bring what is real. The work adapts to your rhythm, your language, and what feels most important to explore.

Light Matter Coaching is grounded in compassion, curiosity, warmth, respect, and deep listening.

The work stays respectful of your lived experience by making space for what is true for you, rather than rushing toward advice, solutions, or one-size-fits-all answers. With that foundation, the conversation can feel personal, responsive, and human.

This way of working is shaped by the core values behind Light Matter Coaching: Love, Equality, Acceptance, and Truth. These values guide how the coaching container is held, how your experience is respected, and how growth is supported without pressure to become someone other than who you are.

The Light Matter Coaching process provides a flexible structure where reflection, self-trust, and aligned movement can emerge at a pace that feels most supportive.​

Coaching is client-led, which means it is responsive and grounded in the understanding that priorities may shift as the work unfolds.

 

Structure is offered as scaffolding for exploration, whether a goal is named or not, providing steadiness without pressure.

Whole Person Coaching supports the full human experience, including how you think, feel, relate, and make meaning over time.

Multiple ways of understanding human experience are woven together and adapted to you, including emotional awareness, nervous system cues, meaning-making, creative expression, and embodied insight.

These perspectives are offered as support for clarity, integration, and self-trust, creating room for growth to unfold through awareness, compassion, and choice rather than pressure or performance.

Aligned Momentum Session 

A single, focused 90-minute coaching session for something that needs attention now.

This is a good place to begin if you want one complete coaching experience where we can explore what feels sticky, clarify what matters, and identify a grounded next step.
