The Light Matter Coaching

 Process

Coaching at Light Matter offers structure without a script.

The process is designed to create enough steadiness for reflection, trust, and movement to unfold, while leaving room for the work to respond to what becomes clear along the way.

The  Client-Led  Process

You do not need to arrive with fully formed goals, know what you want right away, or move at a particular pace.

You lead the process. My role is to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, reflect patterns with care, and share perspective when it feels useful.

Some sessions are quiet and reflective. Some are more direct, creative, emotional, or energizing. We may slow down with something tender, follow a new thread, name what feels tangled, or explore a next step that feels possible in your real life.

The structure gives us a place to begin. The conversation stays responsive to you.

The First Step:
 A Connection Call

Coaching begins with a free, no-pressure Connection Call.

This is a real conversation where we can talk about what has been on your mind, what led you here, and what you may want to explore, understand, or shift. You are welcome to ask questions or simply get a feel for what it is like to be in conversation together.

There is no obligation to move forward.

The Structure That   Supports the Work

Ongoing coaching often unfolds through three broad parts. These are not rigid stages or requirements, but a way of describing the arc many clients experience over time.

The  Foundation

We begin with two deep Discovery Sessions.

These longer sessions give us room to understand your world through your lens. We may explore where you are now, what matters most, what has been shaping your choices, and what feels the most important to you as the work continues.

This foundation helps create trust, context, and a shared understanding of what may be asking for attention.

The  Core

From there, coaching typically continues with biweekly 90-minute sessions.

Each session centers on what is present for you. You set the intention, and we explore what feels most relevant. That may be a familiar pattern, a decision, a relationship, a desire, a challenge, or something new that emerged between sessions.

The time between sessions gives you space to notice, experiment, integrate, and live your life without pressure to report or perform.

The  Anchor

At the close of your coaching journey, a Wrap-Up Session offers space to reflect and integrate.

We look at what has shifted, what you have learned, what you want to carry forward, and how you want to support yourself beyond the coaching container.
