The Light Matter Coaching

 Process

While every coaching relationship is unique, the Light Matter Coaching process is designed to provide clarity, spaciousness, and continuity, without prescribing a specific path toward predetermined results. The structure exists to support your agency and expand your unique way of thinking.

The  Client-Led  Process

The work is grounded in presence and responsiveness, shaped by what you feel is relevant to explore at any given time.

There is no expectation to arrive with goals fully formed, to know what you want right away, or to move at a particular pace. You lead the process. My role is to offer a steady, supportive presence, ask thoughtful questions, share perspective when it feels useful, and help create conditions where clarity, self-trust, and choice can become more accessible.

Structure is offered as scaffolding for exploration, without prescribing any program to complete.

The First Step:
 A Connection Session

Coaching begins with a free, no pressure Connection Session. This is a real conversation where we’ll talk about what’s been on your mind, what led you here, and what you’re hoping to explore, understand, or shift. You’re welcome to ask questions or simply get a feel for what it’s like to be in conversation together. There is no obligation to move forward.

If it feels like a supportive fit for both of us, we can talk about next steps. If not, that understanding is just as valuable.

The Structure That   Supports the Work

While the work is always guided by you, coaching often unfolds through three broad phases. These are not rigid stages or requirements, but a way of describing the arc many clients experience over time.

The  Foundation

The journey begins with two Discovery Sessions. These sessions offer an opportunity to articulate how you see the world, explore where you are right now, understand your current experience, name the values that matter most to you, and recognize the patterns or pressures that may have been shaping your choices. This phase focuses on building trust, establishing a sense of safety, and reconnecting with your own inner reference points.

These sessions are intentionally longer to allow depth without urgency.

The  Core

From there, coaching typically continues with biweekly 90-minute sessions.

Each session centers on what is present for you at the moment. You set the intention. We explore what’s asking for attention. This may look like a familiar challenge, a decision you’re navigating, a step toward a larger aspiration, or something new emerging in your life. Through this exploration, patterns often become clearer and growth unfolds naturally.

The time and spacing of sessions are designed to support reflection and integration. Between sessions, you have space to notice, experiment, adjust, and live your life, without pressure to report or perform.

The  Anchor

At the close of your coaching journey, a Wrap-Up Session offers space to reflect and integrate.

Rather than rushing toward the next goal, this session invites you to recognize the shifts you’ve made, the insights you’ve gained, and the agency you’ve exercised along the way. It’s an opportunity to consolidate learning, name what you want to carry forward, and reconnect with trust in your own capacity to navigate what comes next.

An  Invitation

If you’re curious about what working together might feel like, you’re welcome to begin with a free, no pressure Connection Session. There is no expectation to be certain before connecting. We’re in this together from the start.

Practical  Details

Some people prefer to understand timing, structure, and investment in more detail before deciding whether to move forward. If that feels helpful for you, you’re welcome to download the Pricing Guide below.
